Electrical Construction Senior PM in Detroit with strong Industrial Experience?
Unique opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who gained their electrical construction experience in automotive, petrochemical, refineries or similar industrial settings.

Qualifications & Experience: We’re looking for a proven track record of experience performing the following responsibilities:

  • 10 to 25 years experience profitably managing projects
  • with end to end P&L responsibility ranging from $500K (minimum) to $5M+ (electrical portion of total revenues),
  • where majority of experience gained working for an electrical contractor (not as an in-house PM or working for a GC or a CM firm)
  • Managing projects and crews in an IBEW union environment, including positive relationships gained working with one or more of locals #58, #252, #665
  • specific experience in two or more of the following industry segments
    • automotive
    • petrochemical
    • refineries
    • other industrial manufacturers
  • a plus: in addition to the above segments, commercial or institutional experience with other complex environmental requirements (e.g. data centers high tech healthcare facilities, clean rooms, pharmaceutical laboratories; high tech manufacturing sites, etc.)
  • demonstrated expertise with electronic estimating (Accubid preferred) and scheduling (Primavera preferred), including “hands on” experience estimating, costing and managing change orders
