and contingent recruiters who adhere to a common code of conduct, work together in joint recruiting activities and share access to
proprietary, sophisticated recruiting software. The private data base has detailed profiles of over 50,000 pre-screened
and personally interviewed candidates, and thousands of others at some stage in the screening process. Members can choose
which openings and which blinded candidate profiles to share, providing both clients and candidates with unparalleled access
to a large and diverse talent pool and career opportunities.

...for our Candidates?
Top Echelon allows us to focus on what we do best – serving our clients -- while still helping candidates whose experience is not within our sphere of expertise. For example, although we specialize in information intensive industries and information sensitive functions, including executive level searches across the IT, healthcare, financial services and professional services industries, as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon, we are happy to share candidates whose experience is outside or sphere of expertise with other top flight recruiters in our network.
For many years we've tried to explain to candidates whose experience lies outside our sphere of expertise, that we can't help them because "we find people for jobs -- not jobs for people". Now, when we receive a resume or a call from a candidate for whom we are not likely to have any openings, we can refer them to a recruiter we know personally, that specializes in that candidate's field. Because of the large data base Top Echelon maintains of unsolicited resumes, we can at least make this individual's profile available to interested recruiters, by providing them exposure to over 1200 other recruiters who are working on over 3000 openings at any given time.

At the request of our clients who still need to get the job done, but who don’t have the budget for adding headcount, in addition to traditional recruiting support for permanent direct hiring, we offer the flexibility of temp to perm placements and contract staffing services. (TE provides all of the back office administration, e.g. tax filing and withholding, funding payroll, insurance and benefits, etc.)
