    • a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Manhattan (NYC metro area), with experience gained successfully managing projects in the IBEW Local 3, including
      • successful end to end P&L responsibility for construction project sizes of $.5M to $15M (electrical revenues only)
      • gained working as a PM for an electrical contractor, (i.e. not as an "in-house" PM, or as a PM working for a GC or a CM)

    • is ready to come in to the office, after 25+ years of P&L responsibility for electrical construction projects in the field, on jobs ranging from $50K to $25M
    • seasoned estimator who has the hands-on experience to manage an estimating department, including mentoring two estimators,
    • an exec who can take the lead on negotiating win-win agreements with suppliers and ensuring that all estimates are timely, competitive and profitable.
