About the Position: In order to respond to the market’s increasing demand for their data center design build and construction services, our client is seeking a proven project manager to join their PA/DE/NJ metro team. If you have a proven track record of experience performing the following responsibilities, we would like to hear from you:

• profitably managing projects, with full P&L accountability for (electrical portion of) revenues ranging from $1-$10M(PM) or $10-$25M (Senior PM) and,
• specific experience leading the design build construction of mission critical data centers
• a reputation for positive relationships with the GCs, trades, and the local IBEW gained managing projects in a union environment (preferably local 98 or local 269),
• demonstrated expertise in:
  • electronic estimating (Accubid a plus)
  • managing costs and negotiating change orders
  • scheduling (Primavera a plus)
  • the Microsoft office suite (especially word and excel)

• regional electrical contractor (e.g. Adco, Armour, Eii Electric, EJ Electric, FiveStar, FreeState Electric, Hatzel & Buehler, JP Rainey, MC Dean, Mona Electric, NEAD, Ray Angelini, Truland, Union Electric, Williard)
• or on local projects for a national electrical contractors (e.g. Conti, Cupertino, Dynalectric /Emcor / Forest, Fischbach & Moore, Fisk, Inglett & Stubbs, Mass Electric, MMR Group, MYR Group, Parsons, Rosendin, Sachs, Scholes, Wayne Griffin)
